I had a change of heart about my last review. I stated that the 2012 Ford Fiesta had serious transmission issues that I was not informed about. After further inspection of the vehicle the trans was operating as well as could be expected. The odometer reading and age of the car lead me to believe other wise. My personal mechanic replaced the spark plugs and I had a oil change. Now my Ford Fiesta is back on the road running smoothly. My salesman Igor went out of his way to make things convenient for me. I have already referred a friend to Off Lease Cars.

Fox Valley knew how far we drove to be there, and was very helpful and informative and had the truck ready for viewing and test drive. Our salesman Andrew was very nice and had the Carfax and maintenance records already printed out. They were very transparent about the truck. We were very happy with our experience at Fox Valley.
