The salesman contacted us. We went and saw the van without an appointment, since it was his day off, but the van did not fit our needs.

Never seen car dealer didn’t want to work deal over phone as I live some time away plus had no car people were nice tho dealership wanted me to come all the way out there and without any positive yes or nos and I needed that before driving in a uber a hour there and not much follow up

After an hour drive, I met the sales person and the car was parked outside. Looking around the vehicle there was a leak. A large puddle of fluid in the rear of the vehicle. I opened the sunroof and a large piece of plastic fell out. What made matters worse was the gas tank was just about empty. This vehicle seemed to be just washed but not looked over. Also, the rear seat was severely ripped in the back.

I had an awesome experience with Central Auto Group. I contacted them via the Car Guru app and they made sure to call me and talk to me. After talking about the vehicle and the vehicle condition we negotiated a price. I asked if I could give him a deposit so he would hold it for 5 days till I could get airfare arranged and he said he would hold without a deposit. I flew in 5 days later and he picked me up from the airport in the vehicle and drove back to the dealership and made the deal!!!!

The team was awesome. Someone greeted me when I walked in. He found an associate that was available for my appointment. She told me about the vehicle and completed all the steps to allow me to test drive the truck. I had some questions about the condition. She was able to find another staff member to answer all my questions. We agreed on a price. The business manager completed the final paperwork. I was driving away after three hours.
