Dick’s Hillsboro Hyundai responded very quickly to my inquiries. The vehicle was available when I arrived and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The wait was shorter than I had anticipated and they have an awesome cappuccino machine that makes good coffee, fresh popcorn and a vending machine. Waiting areas were clean and it was an overall good experience. Thank you David for your assistance!

Asked the sales person two questions instead of answering the questions he gave me a link to watch a video. I’ve owned three Teslas and didn’t need to see a video. I just wanted my questions answered. Needless to say I’m looking elsewhere. I wouldn’t shop at this dealership. It’s a waste of time.

Wanted a 2021 Tundra. Salesperson has been helpful im trying to locate this model.

I specifically came in for 3rd row seating. This does not have 3rd row seating. I pointed thus out, he acted surprised. It's still posted as 3rd row seating. Thus is being dishonest, just to get people in to sell them something else.

I tried to buy it, but they insisted I be there in person. I’d planned to e-purchase, or overnight the documents to sign and have the car shipped to me, but they said no. I’ve never had a car dealer say “no” when offered their asking price.
