I was in communication with the dealership about a truck. I told them I had been pre approved and would be traveling two hours to purchase it. I asked if everything was as it seemed online and was told yes. I made an appointment for 3:00 to view the truck. At 2:52 they texted saying it was at the tire shop getting new tires. I went ahead since I was almost there and drove 2 hours to find this out 8 minutes prior to my appointment. When I arrived they said they switched the tires and rims out and put them on a different truck they just sold. The bitters and rims from that truck didn’t fit the one I was planning to purchase so they were putting a lift kit on it. Never told me any of this until I traveled two hours to purchase it. Everyone there started pointing fingers at the business partner and other employees.

This was an out of state purchase. I flew into new orlean and they sent a driver to pick me up and drive me to the dealership they could not have more helpful both in person and on the phone a great experience
