I called first to verify the truck was available, it was. So i made an appointment to come test drive since dealer and salesman offer the ability to make an appointment to schedule a time to come test drive the truck you are interested in, I did that with the assumption that they would hold the truck there, being my appointment was just the next day....nothing crazy like a few days out, literally the next day. Through their automated system I confirmed my trip with them at 10am, at 5pm that same day I got a text from the salesman "hey buddy, sorry, sold the truck today" ???? so what's the point of taking appointments and scheduling test drives ? Get rid of that system if it means absolutely nothing for the buyer. So yea. I'm not buying anything from these guys. Good luck to anyone else wanting to call on Monday and drive on Tuesday. They will see it out from under you and wonder why you arent happy.
