Everything was great,saleman stuck to his word, he very nice and we made the deal. But i have a problem with the warrenty and the company didn`t cover that that should have been.

I worked with this dealer over the last few days to buy a Subaru Forester and it was a great experience… Until they told us the day before we were going out of state to buy it that they had sold it a week ago. Mind you, we were told that the car was saved for us and had already secured financing. The process was almost finished only for us to be called 20 minutes before they closed the day before we were supposed to leave. They acted as though they were doing us a FAVOR by telling us they had sold the car a week ago? And hadn’t updated their stock? Right. Okay. In the meantime, we saw the price go up this morning on a listing they sent us and we were wondering why. It really seems as though they sold it out from under us at a higher price. Be mindful of the shady tactics this dealership may use to sell you a car.

Called about the vehicle; was told it was still there, not sold. Made an appointment for 2-2:30. Arrived at 2:15; the person who made the appointment told me someone else had come in earlier and asked me to wait 5 minutes. No problem, I waited, and after 20 minutes, the salesman was still busy. I went back, told them I had an appointment and that I was on my lunch break, and another salesman said he could help me. I told him what car I was looking at only to be told the car was sold.
