Saleslady was rude when we arrived for our appointment to see truck it was not there she rudely stated it was at the other lot and was we going to buy today anyway , manager intervened and talk with us to wait to bring truck over ,ended up by the time truck got there and made offer it was a six hour day and truck then had to go to ford garage for repairs that were not taken care of finally received truck week later , like the truck but whole ordeal was not very professional I would not do business there again

Craig was so helpful, he responded very quickly from your site. I bought the car that day. It needed a new windshield and he took it next door to have it replaced. I picked the car up the next day. We love the vehicle and we also bought the extended warranty. I would rate our experience with Craig Arnold as a 10 plus.
