Concesionarios de GMC cercanos (North Charleston, SC)

I contacted this company quickly to buy a car they had listed. I told them we were pre financed and ready to buy. I was communicating with someone named Ashley who I’m 99% sure was AI based on the odd responses. She was trying to schedule us to come in town immediately. I told her my husband wanted to discuss price. He was given an email of someone named Tiffany. She took a long time to respond - she only responded after I reached out again. They then tell us the car still hasn’t had inspection, which I then realized the pictures they had uploaded were from a previous dealership. Then they sold it wholesale and I only found out bc of my notifications. All around, super sketchy and terrible communication. My husband and I were going to travel 4 hours to see this car. I feel like we got the run around and terrible communication about the status of the car that they listed themselves. We will never buy from them bc of this.

My salesperson Jamari was great.. had my paperwork waiting on me when my husband and I got the .. the financial manage was awesome also KJ.. these guy are great .. wasn’t there no longer then 1 hr and 40 mins… I request to have everything done before I got there.. and it was .. thank you guys for your help.. I’m happy with my purchase!!!!
