The initial experience was good. I requested a test drive at 1:30-2pm. Before I left home for an hour and a half drive, I called and the sales person said the truck had sold. No one called to let me know. Very poor customer service!

Found car Monday 5/4/26 but couldn’t go to check it out until Saturday 5/9/26. Talked to salesperson on Friday 5/8/26 between 4 and 5 pm and he said car was still available. We scheduled a appointment at one on 5/9/27 and told him we were really interested and would be making a 3 hour drive one way to probably make to purchase if nothing was really wrong with the car. We arrived at 1pm and saw the vehicle sitting in the front dripping water and had been washed and ready, we thought, but once inside and seated the salesman went to get papers and came back and said the vehicle was sold thirty minutes before we arrived. This is what we found out after a three hour drive and having to turn around and head out on another three hour drive. I know that the car was for sale to first come , but we did schedule an appointment on Friday when we were told it was still available then made the three hour drive to probably make the purchase. We were treated nicely and offer other deals.
