The process was seemingly quick, and considering I arrived at the dealer 1 hour and 20 minutes prior to closing I was done and home with my car by 10:40pm (FYI I live 50 miles away from the dealer). They drove with me to get my car home that night!!! The only issue I had was them not notifying me there was only one key leaving me with a $500 bill to replace the missing key.

inquired about a GMC truck at this dealership online and I was not impressed or happy about the experience. 2 sales people who reached out to me were good but one of them was ignorant, unprofessional and should not be working in sales anywhere. He responded to my email inquiry like an ignorant person without even fully reading or maybe didn't comprehend what he was reading with a statement about something I never even said. SO with that experience and reading all the other negative reviews and my own experience. Yeah I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all. I have been working with a few other dealerships about a pickup truck I am looking to purchase and the professionalism is night and day. They are not arrogant and say this is the price period. Trucks sitting there for 57 days or more by now and someone is interested you would think it’s a car dealership to sell vehicles. I guess that's common sense. someone did say that GMC Sierra is making noises and no explanation. RUN!

Mr. C. Williams was a true gentleman. He was honest, straightforward, and upfront about everything related to the vehicle I was interested in. He kept addressing my concerns and questions throughout the process. I highly recommend Mr. Williams and this dealership in particular. Unlike other dealerships, there was no pressure here. The lady who assisted with the financing was incredible. She knew her stuff, was exceptionally competent with her figures, and provided us with various options available to me. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership.

When I reached out, I was skeptical. The price of the truck with the mileage was lower than anything with in 150 miles of my house. I talked with Mateo who was friendly and knowledgeable. He passed me to John in finance to give me a price breakdown and to my surprise, THERE WAS NO ADD-ONS! Finding a dealership with a truck at a great price with low miles and no add-ons, I submit my credit application and made the 4 hour journey 2 days later. The process was quick, easy and they made the scary process of buying a vehicle, a very pleasant experience. I will be purchasing here again when my wife or myself is ready for a new vehicle.
