Excellent customer service!

It was the worst experience I’ve had every car I looked at had an engine light on or some sort of problem the car I was looking to buy the AC didn’t work. It didn’t have a lighter and the light was on. They then showed me a cheaper car, which was in the same condition as the first car missing a hubcap I looked at five different vehicles. All had engine lights on. They made me wait hours as there was only one sales person around, so he was helping other people during the time that I was there, I met this one young military boy who just arrived in Hawaii the night before he brought a Honda an hour later he came back because the car was making noise in the engine, so it was just problem after problem. I didn’t end up getting a car. They messed up my financing first they approved me and then they said they were having problems so it was just a horrible experience

They made everything so easy and made me feel comfortable with them and the pricing. They weren’t keeping any info from me they showed me the Carfax and the value of trade in for the car. The previous dealer I went to added 12 grand and a 10 grand down payment for a car listed at the same price on car gurus so this was a breath of fresh air for me. The person that helped me was Lori she was awesome. This was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience.

Marco was amazing! The rest of the process was horrible because of his supervisors. I was already financially approved with my bank. They sold the car to someone else even though I already had an appointment to close. They didn't even communicate that to Marco. Marco is great. I went there on 2 other occasions to try to get the price down from 43k to 38k, they gave me such a difficult time time even trying to ask for military discount thinking they support. I finally gave in and told Marco I will buy for 38k, I had an appointment and came in to purchase. We test drove the car one more time and after coming back from test driving they said they sold it for lower.37k for a walk-in... horrible.... waste of time...

Eztremely poor customer service after purchasing this vehicle due to their lack of communication and inability to reach the sales associates for a status update on when the car would be ready for delivery. Their famous response via text or email "our team is looking into it" but still no return phone call from anyone to date. At this point, I honestly wish I could receive a full refund to discontinue any relationship with Honolulu GMC/Cadillac.

Reasonable and Fair. In and out, about a half hour. Great experience.
