Tom's Ford was incredibly easy to work with from New York City. We got everything negotiated over the phone and I got a no surprises proposal that didn't change when I arrived. I got a ride down from the city and I was home shortly after. After going to dealers running scam after scam, Tom's was refreshing in their honesty and how much they stand behind their cars. Not only do they sell vehicles at a fair price, but they warranty the engines for life!

Worked with CarlosV at the dealership. He was very responsive with texts and calls; very helpful once I arrived and asked about used cars in addition to the one I originally contacted them about. We looked at each, test drove my first choice which I ended up purchasing. Very smooth and efficient process with no monkey-business. The financial side (I financed through the dealership) was painless and they were able to beat the financing from my bank. No hard-sell on anything.
