Crew at Fox Ford where Awsome!!!! Called and asked about a vehicle if still available and said I have 3.5 hr drive. I'm coming to buy it and set aside. Wonderful experience buying a car from this dealership. Very knowledgeable and patient, Barry explained to me the process and the car features. The entire process was flawless. They handled the paperwork with the loan people, because I had a previous car loan that needed to be paid off, but wanted financing with the same institution. They explained to me the Ford App as well and the type of oil I have to use. Very accommodating when I had to move a meeting and when I arrive earlier than the agreed time. Highly recommended.

The entire team was a pleasure to work with. I was buying out of state and Jacob made the process insanely easy. He communicated with me and was honest through the process. When we arrived after the long drive we were welcomed with refreshments and coffee and the lobby had a great play area and TV to occupy my daughter. I truly felt at home. Lots of value too. Didn't feel like just a sale. Will return when I need another car.
