I asked the dealer to send me a detailed list of features on this truck, he said he sent a link for me, but the link was removed. I notified them of that and never heard anything further.

On December 26, at 9:00 am, We went to their dealership for the second time to look at and confirm we wanted topurchase a used truck. We offered them hand money, and they said they didn't accept hand money but agreed to hold the truck until Monday so our money could be transferred into our checking account. We shook hands and left knowing the truck was ours. At 2:00, they called to say they sold the truck out from under us. We would not recommend them to anyone. They proved their word was not to be trusted. Our money was in our bank account on Friday, and on Friday, we purchased another truck from a different Ford dealer. We would recommend them to everyone.

Had an appointment to view this car set the day prior. Upon arriving for this Jeep the dealership was finalizing a deal on it and was sold before I could even see it. Very disappointed and won’t return to Shultz Ford ever.

They're advertising states they will meet or beat any competitors price. When I called with a price to match the response was that dealer must be using rebates and couldn't possibly lose that much money on a car. It was about an 8k difference. There wasn't even an offer to lower their price.

I would consider this dealership my absolute last resort when it comes to purchasing a car. Throughout the process, I spoke with the sales representative and the sales manager, but no one could provide a clear and consistent update on the status of the car. It was a constant cycle of excuses regarding the car not being ready for a test drive and purchase. When I finally got the opportunity to purchase the car, I was shocked to find it in a totally dirty state. The car was filthy, and it wasn't even aligned properly. Two days later, I had to drive two hours back to the dealership to have it serviced again, and despite my complaints, they still did not clean the dirty car they had sold me. The steering wheel was so dirty that my hands felt sticky just touching it! I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering purchasing a car. This dealership’s service has been nothing short of frustrating!
