I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER from Cavender Ford of OKC. I honestly DO NOT recommend this dealership. Needless to say, I had appointment scheduled 1/31/2026 at 1 pm to OKC, which is 3 hrs away, found out they sold it, they gave me a higher price than was listed on CarGurus. They DO NOT care about their customers, they only care about $$ sign. Another tip is, to be very careful as they have AI assistant by the name of “Shelby”. I honestly thought I was texting with a real human being on the other side. At first, I was texting with salesperson Brandon Huspeth and honestly don’t know how AI assistant got involved, that goes to prove that they don’t have a good communication system with their customers. I have proof of all this, if anyone is interested. I am a FAITHFUL woman and truly BELIEVE that GOD works in mysterious ways. So if this helps someone else from having this bad experience, I have done my job as to love my neighbor as myself.
