Car guru made it eat to get in contact with the dealership. Friendly ford is amazing as well, had the car ready for me to test drive right when I pulled up. They contacted me, however it was difficult to get the info I requested in original email to them. They were not very helpful, they never told me the vehicle was sold. I found from Cargurus that vehicle was sold. Then I see it advertised again for a day. Bait & switch to get me to come in for another vehicle that I’m not interested in. It’s a good thing I didn’t have to drive 2 hours to dealership to get my time wasted. Because I found out from you it was sold. Does anyone in this country know what customer service means anymore?
