They use AI to communicate and will not let you speak to a human being. I received multiple calls and it was the most annoying and frustrating experience. I had several phone appointments and was put on hold once for over 30 minutes. I submitted a credit app and have yet to speak with a human being and it’s been over 5 days now

The dealers was very helpful at the beginning of our negotiation, we almost reached a deal but when the mansger knew that we have our bank preaproval as asked one day to consult his boss he didn’t call back or his sales man till four days ..and it was his sales man . We didn’t like his attitude .
