When I walked in Max Salas greeted my wife and I, offered to change the course of my first impression. Drove off in a beautiful Bronco Raptor, 2024, Black and extremely low mileage. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional from start to finish. It felt less like they were trying to sell me a car and more like I was trying to make the sale happen. Communication was terrible—slow, unclear, and careless. No follow-up, no urgency, no professionalism. Honestly, what a joke of an operation. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine how they handle customers after the sale. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
