I placed a deposit on a vehicle with the manager. The dealership then sold the car to someone else and claimed the deposit was never process - despite taking all of my banking details. Turned out they never processed the payment, they just wrote it all down on a paper on their desk, so my deposit wasn't valid. Totally careless with sensitive financial information and dishonest.

Drove hour and a half to look at truck on their lot.. Decided I wanted to buy, asked for 8-10 k trade in value on my 2015 Ford F150 xl 2wd 112k, owner said he didn't want my trade. Didn't do the deal. Drove all the way back home. Not a great experience.

Was given a written offer by email of $13,700 for my car, drive the 40 minutes to test drive the one I was interested in....only to be told they would give me $11k for my trade. Not cool.
