One of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. The staff was very nice and the dealership was top notch.

communication with this dealership was atrocious. There was no follow-up to my questions after the initial communication. To this day, a month later, they are sending me daily 'iPackets' and a form letter email stating that the price has recently dropped. I keep sending a reply asking what the new price is and . . . nothing but another email the next day stating the same thing. BTW: the car's price has not changed since the initial inquiry and has not sold as of this survey - about a month since I started tracking the vehicle.

This dealer lied about the availability of the vehicle and even after learning I lived 2hrs away tried to lure me in. I told them I was not interested in anything else and they are still contacting me. If not for car gurus notifying of the vehicle being sold, I would have cleaned out my current vehicle and drove 2hrs for nothing. This is exactly why car dealerships have such a bad reputation. If I catch a dealership in a lie, I will not deal with them again. As much as vehicles cost if I can't get exactly what I want, I am not interested in whatever is available. I've worked hard to have good credit and I want what I want, not a bait and switch.

4 people responded with generic emails, But none of them answered the questions I sent in the initial contact. Only after calling the dealership, I was told they didn't have the truck I was asking about in their possession.

Took a minute to convince the staff that the car had some hidden mechanical issues that they were not aware of. Once they realized, they worked with me on the price till we both felt it was a fair deal. Matt, my sales rep was awesome. Everyone was friendly and very professional even when we did not initially agree on the condition of the car. I never felt pressured and always felt that my concerns were being taken seriously and being addressed. I would absolutely do business with them again!
