The customer service rep contacted me and offered to take more pictures or a walk around video of the car. I requested a video of the exhaust pipe when the car was started cold. She said they probably wouldn't go to that extreme. I replied that it would be extreme for me to drive 4 hours to look at the car given her attitude.

I have been waiting for a walk around video of this vehicle for more than a week now. I had two contacts, but no video. Since this would be an Internet transaction I won't be able to see or test drive the vehicle. So, having a detailed view of the interior/exterior in real time to evaluate the wear and tear condition of this vehicle is very important. Also, seeing the engine running, all accessories and any warranty information. I received nothing thus far.
