Our salesman was great, I would most definitely buy another vehicle from him, but not from Taylor KIA of Lima. They sold us a certified Sportage that was never serviced. Which cost me $200 to have it serviced at another establishment. Plus, the description of the vehicle said it has remote start. Which it does, the only problem is it has a generic key fob without the start on it. That cost me an additional $300+ to buy and have programed. Like I said, our salesman was a top notch guy, who went beyond expected to help us out. But the management wasn't willing to help us out. We love the car, just not how we were treated after.

Price of vehicle was posted. I have picture of it. Hour later the establishment raised the vehicle price. As a consumer patron looking for a vehicle. This establishment would not honor the price they had posted prior to raising the price $2000. Unacceptable & it’s not the fault of the person looking for a vehicle. The establishment should allow that person to purchase the vehicle at the price FIRST posted.
