Even though we didn’t end up purchasing directly from Genesis of Portland, they absolutely earned a five-star review. We originally found a 2012 Lexus RX350 through them while helping Jim look for the right vehicle, and their sales representative was genuinely helpful from start to finish. There was no pressure, no sales fluff, just solid communication, clear answers, and a willingness to help us understand the car and our options. Ultimately, Hyundai of Gladstone transferred the vehicle for us since it was closer and made more sense logistically, but that decision had nothing to do with the experience at Genesis. It’s refreshing to deal with a dealership where the salesperson is professional, responsive, and actually seems to care, even when the sale doesn’t land in their lap. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Genesis of Portland again and would absolutely recommend them based on how we were treated.
