Communication was great, I contacted them to inquire about an out of state purchase and shipping proceedures. Shipping quote seemed a bit high but still competative the minute that I advised that I already made my financing arrangments and needed a buyers order to provide to my bank things got complicated and I moved on the tthe next dealer locally.

Selma was great! She contacted me immediately and was very helpful in getting me into the vehicle I scoured everywhere for! We set up a date when I can come see it and she had it all ready for me! When it was time to finance it she was very helpful in getting me the best monthly rate! The only issue we had was waiting on the title so I can leave with it. But if you want what you want you gotta be patient. Fortunately it only took 2 days for it! Communication was great and she set up everything, so when I came back out I could leave! Thank you Selma and Balkan motors! I will surely be doing business with them again!

They responded to via email 1st which is easier sometimes for me. I asked for more photos of truck which I never received. The only thing I did get was calls 5 times a day for 3 days straight from I think 3 different sales people. I wasn’t free most times when they called that’s why I was waiting for a email response. When I was able to answer one of their calls it’s was to inform me they were having a sales event not even about the truck. When I asked about the truck he informed me they already sold it. I’m going save my time and not go there.
