Good experience

This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever had to deal with first they would not go with the price that they have advertised on your website and on a couple of other websites versus their website because their website was just marked up higher, but the other websites were not then when I confronted him about it, they would not return my calls no matter what I did did not call back did not respond. Do not have nothing to say don’t care obviously I’m guessing so I just took my business elsewhere, but just for anybody to know, I would never ever use this dealership. They are out to scam people they’re scamming you left and right they’re trying to charge you more than the vehicle is even worth they’re doing a bait and switch. They will try to get you in the door and then take you from there so I would carry on somewhere else.

Dealer was ready to help but I had already went another route.

The salesperson “AJ” contacted me and a deal was facilitated by his manager for me to purchase the car the next morning. The vehicle was sold hours later. They said they are a commission based company and care about the customer but actions proved otherwise. This place is a joke. From one veteran to others who view this, take your business elsewhere. Glad they didn’t get my money.

It was terrible. We told them we didnt have long to sit there and if it was going to take a while can we do financing over the web or on the phone and they said they couldn't do that. They said it wouldn't take long. We went down there and we were there for over 3 hours and still didnt get financed. Wasted our time.

We had a great experience with Freeman Honda

I came in to look at a specific vehicle they had gotten that day. I was very communicative with the sales rep as to when I was going to be on my way, when I left & my ETA. We drove over an hour to get there with all of our kids. As soon as we got there they said the car sold 30 seconds ago. This could have been communicated to us before we arrived. We looked at other cars coming in and decided on one based on the fact it was supposed to be here on Wednesday. I was told today they don’t even have an exact date of the cars arrival- after I just made several arrangements to my week for work, appointments, and kids activities. I just find it very unprofessional.

Ken is the best salesman used or new. He let us examine the car for as long as we wanted. Then let us test drive the car take it to get a full inspection. Work with me on the price. I bought the car, fully knowing the issues I got 12 minutes from the dealership and the car battery failed, he took the car back, got the battery fixed and all the recommendations the was listed in the inspection including rotating the tires, getting the car aligned and changing out the spark plugs. This took 1 day. He then drove the car 2 hours to my house to deliver the car to my house. All at no charge. He had all the paperwork for the work done. Ken is truly an honest man, and makes the experience of buying a car easy and effortless. I would go back to him to buy an another car and would send everyone I know to buy one from him.

This was the worse dealership in the DFW area. My salesperson was not very knowledgeable and vehicle was not in the condition that was discussed prior to me arriving at the dealership. I purchased and ended up returning the vehicle the next day due to the salesperson lying about things being fixed on the vehicle prior to purchase (tire and recalls). I would never advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from here ever. No wonder their lot is full of vehicle.
