great,only car dealership that could let me know why they could not service me, and i was able to fix problem. everyone else never told me why they could not service me.

Terrible sales group. Sales man (James) that took us for the test drive was nice but he didn't handle the numbers. A stereotypical used car salesman handled numbers. He put the numbers in front of me and wanted $1600 in dealer add-ons (gps and pulsing brake light). Wouldn't negotiate pricing, stuck with used car salesman tactics. We left and won't be back.

I was very impressed by their friendliness and honesty.

Was pre-approved and after 2 hours drive and test drive I was told that I couldn't get it at the approved price and mileage was incorrect and I couldn't buy it cause of mileage problems and then told next few days that it was sold and wasn't given a offer to buy it and was not offered any other deals on the lot was very disappointed at this dealership having been taking to management head and financial department only to be told that they would find me a better deal than never call or anything after I was told that just to find out the truck was sold at a much lower price than I was offered

Dealership refused to tell me the total price of the vehicle despite multiple attempts asking. Cargurus wants me to update my review, I'm not sure what more you want from me. I asked several times for the dealership to give me a total price on the vehicle with all fees and addons and the dealership flat out refused to do so. People should know this information if they are considering buying from this dealership.
