I had an excellent buying experience at GUNN in Seguin. I called to inquire about the car I found on Car Gurus. The car was available, priced great, and was accurately described in the listing. I received a fair price for my trade and was overall very happy with the experience.

Team made process extremely easy

We bought here primarily because the staff worked on price with us and were always polite and professional. Their communication was good but a little disconnected internally. We would have preferred just to deal with one person throughout process but would get emails and phone calls from different people asking us about our timelines. We basically paid cash but still spent well over 2 hours waiting to get the car. Not terrible but felt like a little much but they also were detailing the car. They did pull a couple old school negation tactics on us but I enjoyed that more than it bothered me so it was fine but just be aware and ready. Overall I would buy a car from them again.

I’m giving them 5 stars because the sweet sales lady Mary. She went out of her way to help. I really appreciate her professionalism and willingness to work online. Makes it easier and I didn’t have to go there and waste my time. Long drive.. she was very straight and didn’t play games with me!

Car sold b4 I got there but they saved me a trip

Great initial response. When I made an offer on the Jeep, it slowed down. They ended up magically selling the next day after not heavy back.

Good Services and the sales person was upfront when I called. They didn’t have the vehicle. I was looking for, but offered other trim levels

Stay away from this dealer. Vehicle priced in the ads was NOT honored. $1000+ more and all the fees including two "warranties" they refuse to remove which added another $10k to the total.
