I had a inspection company do an inspection on a 2023 ram 3500 limited at this dealership once the report was sent to me I called them worked out a price we both agreed on, then qualified for 20k just help them with the kickback they get from their financial partners as long as there was no early pay off penalty, and was going to pay cash for the rest. This happened into the weekend So I called them the following Monday and Tuesday and they would not answer their phone or text, when I finally got in touch with someone they told me they sold the truck. after all I went through without even the courtesy of a phone call, They never told me there was someone ahead of me or that some came and offered a little more money because we haven't signed an agreement. Or give me a chance to offer, If I had the means or wanted to do so. And they tried to offer me another truck with a lesser trim package for even more that what we agreed on with the first! Money before customer they don't care

There were add on that was not a part of car guru advertising. Also I don’t think that load jack is an add on. That comes with that class of vehicles because I previously owned a 2008, 2009 and a 2016 a that was standard. Trying to make more money of a vehicle is ok but not to a person that knows better n experience that. I’ll still purchase the vehicle if it’s available but I’m not gonna play dealer games. Tell come straight or I’ll purchase elsewhere
