Good price easy to deal with.

This dealer was not only rude, but they thought we did not know what our car was worth after checking online ourselves. The man who attended us had a bad attitude. He would be nice at moments when there was someone else that worked there around. They told us this car was already sold, and that has been over a week ago, and it is still posted on this website. They were very insistent on us looking at other similar vehicles. They showed us a similar vehicle, same model, and it was 10 grand more after they told us they would look into getting it down in our price range. Then they said they could not do that. This place is a joke. They only show interest when someone puts money down and has a great credit score, do not go there if you do not have money down or a good credit score, for they will be rude about it.

The dealer contacted me and I had a chance to drive the vehicle. The vehicle was detailed and looked nice. After checking out a couple of other cars, I intend to get back to them to see if a deal can be made.

Not the best..sales rep was quick and genuinely trying to help us get the vehicle however the Finance manager was nasty only after trying to figure all fees..seemed like he wasn't having a good day and it cost him the sale of the vehicle because his rude behavior got me to purchase elsewhere

There were numerous bumps in the road from beginning to end but the Manager (Mark F), when made aware of the issues, was very instrumental in resolving them and dealing with the finical managers unprofessional behavior. After waited for more than 4 hour to have the vehicle check engine light serviced, which occurred within 3 days of our purchase, the manager offered to buy our dinner since we spent my birthday at the dealership with a newly purchased vehicle in the service center. We are currently awaiting reimbursement for the meal. Make sure you read your contract prior to signing to assure the finical breakdown is correct. If you have any problems let management know as they are very willing to work things out so that you are treated fairly and happy when you leave. The salesman (Darryl) was excellent throughout the entire process.

I inquired about a 4year old VW Jetta GLI they had taken in on trade. Tyler Grant was very forthcoming and not at all salesy. He was very professional. He answered all my questions without wasting any time trying to schmooze me. We agreed on a good price before I committed. No BS. Loved dealing with him!
