Vernon was awesome, but other employee was a complete jerk, shouldn’t be in customer service at all. Employee talked to me like I beneath him and acted like I owed him something. He did not treat me as a customer at anytime, he made my experience terrible.

I purchased an Audi A6 from this dealer and they are amazing! They really worked with me on what I wanted and truly cared for me as a customer. I told them my budget and they did everything they could to make it happen for me. Typically when I go to a dealership I feel pressured to buy a car and often times I feel like they are scamming me with all the fees they create, however this place is the complete opposite! They have no hidden fees and really care about customer experience. If I need a car in the future I will come here because they always have a great selection! Their customer service is amazing. I drove 1.5 hours to test drive a 2016 Honda CRV, staffwas courteous enough , but the entire undercarriage of vehicle was rusted so bad the every bump in road was extremely loud. didnt purchase, I moved on.
