⭐ 1 Star – Avoid at all costs McPeek Dealership was a complete waste of time. They tried to lowball me hard on my trade-in, coming in way below market value and acting like they were doing me a favor. No transparency, no justification—just an insulting offer. The worst part was dealing with Josh, the finance manager. He started adding extended warranties and other upsells without properly asking or clearly explaining them. Items were slipped into the numbers as if they were standard, and you’re expected to notice and question it yourself. That kind of behavior feels intentionally deceptive. Overall, the experience was pushy, dishonest, and manipulative. Instead of being upfront, they tried to pad the deal quietly and pressure it through. If you value honesty and basic respect as a customer, take your business elsewhere. This dealership—and especially their finance process—is not worth the frustration

I had an amazing experience purchasing the new ride at Cerritos Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership! The sales manager (Atiq) was extremely helpful and the finance manager (Andrew) was informed and concise in the financing process. The whole purchase took no more than the usual hour since my docs and supporting details were completed before I arrived. Thank you guys, my new car is AWESOME! TONG WU JEEP CHEROKEE 4XE

They quoted me over 41k for a car listed at 27k they stated they didn't ship even though on the website it said they did I had 4 or 5 phone conversation all of which they tried to up charge me for not using the dealerships preferred lender. I would have bought the car but the staff and process were so bad I'll have to wait for another one.

This was easily the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. The car had no photos online, so I called before driving out. Tim told me it was “basically brand new” with only one dent that had been fixed. That was completely misleading. When we arrived, I found multiple dents, badly scratched rims, a paint chip, peeling interior panels, and stains—none of which were mentioned. Instead of acknowledging the issues, Tim and another salesman downplayed everything, saying, “You should see the new ones that come in, they look worse than this,” and “You’re not going to find a better deal.” When I continued pointing out problems, Tim became defensive and rude to both me and my girlfriend, eventually saying, “I don’t even want to sell you the car anymore” and dismissively telling us, “You two go have a nice dinner or something.” Misleading customers and then getting hostile when they notice the problems is unacceptable. Avoid this dealership. Also I found the car I wanted newer and cheaper!

No integrity dealership. Was interested in a used, trade in vehicle. Test drove, agreed on price (dealership asking price.) Spent following afternoon completing documents except for a few things required by spouse who wouldn't be available until the following morning. Was informed the vehicle was being detailed and prepped. Was informed via text later that evening to not come in the following morning because the vehicle was sold to another customer for larger profit to the dealership. Zero integrity and professionalism, wouldn't recommend.
