Way too expensive and over priced on 24 model. 3rd party estimates of fair value also agree. Also had the dreaded "dealer additions" they try to force you to buy. Not a great experience when you want a spec they have, and just want to pay market for it.

Nice enough until it came down to financing. They wanted me to finance with them at 5.97%, when the financing I secured was 4.97%, and then when they found out I had my own financing they said they don't allow outside financing. Then when I was about to walk out they said, we'll let you do your own financing if we can throw another $2k on the price of the vehicle. (I can only guess that 2K would be the kickback from the bank for having the customer finance with them.) Overall, just a shady dealership, but I'm sure they are more of the rule than the exception. Didn't purchase the car with them. I ended up buying my IS350 AWD off Autotrader.com.

They wouldn’t answer the phone. After talking with a salesman, he stalled contact and after a couple days of slow contact, told me the jeep I wanted was sold. I was attempting to make a deal over the phone and send down payment to secure the vehicle and I guess they thought I wasn’t serious so left me hanging. It was a miserable experience.
