I inquired about the used vehicle two weeks ago 9/3. Said It would be ready for test drive later that day called and confirmed with them I’d come in 9/4 for test drive between 12:15pm-12:45pm as It was my lunch break. 9/4- showed up on time 12:15pm sat there till 12:40. They finally the find the truck, present It to me with 5 min to spare was highly disappointed! Looked as if was literally traded in and put right to sale. Trash in cup holders, crushed cookies under seats dirty carpet, radio not working, dirty exterior. We will detail It and you can come in next day check It out Went back on 9/11, truck was alright. Lifted back seats still trash and crushed cookies. Test drive went well. Made a list of things I wanted checked on Got a call we can make It work but the main thing I wanted to make the sale was a hassle, manager called about It and mid conversation got hung up on. That was final straw for me. Sales rep Rendell A+(not his fault) everything else I’ll pass!

The Dealership was exceptional, they kindly accommodated my needs. I was able to buy the car with ease. I had contacted about 3 other dealerships and when they heard I was Out-of-State, their tone changed. I received the car and it's a nice ride. So far, so good. Best!!

I reached out to the dealship via email and did not hear anything for 3 days. After the 3rd day I called the dealership to get more information regarding the vehicle I was interested in. The dealership still did not contact me back until the following day. Once the OTD pricing was sent over it had multiple added dealership fees that added an additional 3k to the price that was above the initial price listed on the website. Unfortunately I would not recommend, buyer beware.
