Worked with a car salesman they sold vehicle to someone else as they apprved me. Waisted all my time and messed up my credit for nothing. Figured if u have someone going through they finance and wanting the vehicle waiting to see if approved atleast give then a lil time for the result to come back. Nope sold the vehicle and then asked would I like them to try find something else. Will never do buisness like this again eith dealership.

I have been shopping for a truck for two months now. I know exactly what I want and how much I should pay. This dealership has the highest doc and registration fees I have ever seen. $1199 Doc fee, $799 electronic registration fee, Merchant licensing fee $150. A $23,686 truck was $29,705 after taxes and fees.

Car salesman and everyone was very professional and helpful.

Lazy staff, never got back to me on trade in value. Wants you to drive and sit in traffic for a simple trade in number that can easily be done online

As a customer ; I did not experience a physical visit to the dealership but I did purchase online. Stay away from this dealership with online purchasing. Salesman will be quick to get the contract and paperwork signed but as I am after more than half a month ; I have not received any delivery status ;when texting the salesman I was simply told your car is being picked up when I specifically asked for a delivery estimated time.Prices are average maybe below ; saleperson I prefer asking for a woman ; I had a guy who name sound like Tauro 2.5 outta 5 star not a top recommendation decent tho lik a lot of other men salesman lacks followup and transparent communication after the sale; thats in terms of online purchasing. Overall my online purchase was super quick of course afterwards almost a half month afterwards havent seen the vehicle yet and this is Georgia the closest state to Florida.

First of all the car was nothing like it was in the picture when I got there and I had an appointment the car was filthy. When I started to do a test drive on the car the car feel like a problem from the start the wheels wobbly the hood didn’t match up. It was far away from where it should be at a place. Just the overall experience was horrible.

Samuel and Codie were very helpful. I’m located in Dallas and they still communicated with me and we discussed a car that sold and also cars that I was interested in. I appreciated their professionalism and the fact that they didn’t blow me up with emails and texts. Thank you gentleman for your help.

I was disappointed that the price on CarGurus was over $10,000 off of sticker, but then the dealer adds $4,995 back in as a “Market Adjustment.” I understand there will be document fees and prep costs, but taking $10k off only to add $5k back in seems disingenuous. Because of this, I did not purchase the car.
