What a nice atmosphere at this dealership. I worked with Faisal for my test drive and then the new car general manager came and talked to me too and offered some creative options to meet my needs. Seemed like a happy work place! I didnt buy the car fir totally un related issues, decided it was just bigger than what i truly wanted. Thankful for the pleasant non pressure experience

Do not use this dealership. Here’s my experience: We had our local Mercedes-Benz dealership coordinate shipping and certification for a 2024 Mercedes-Benz purchased from this dealer. We paid full asking price. When the vehicle arrived, it had tailgate damage requiring $1,700 in repairs — damage that was never disclosed. When I called to address it, Joey Harris, the General Manager, admitted he knew about the damage and chose not to disclose it. Then he hung up on me after offering only $500 toward the repair. To be clear, our local Mercedes dealership was only involved for convenience — they simply handled the transaction using our own funds. That does not excuse this dealership’s failure to disclose damage or their dishonesty. Their recent claims trying to twist the story are flat-out lies. There was no agreement, and their team was directly involved in the misrepresentation. This dealership is not truthful, not transparent, and not professional. Avoid them at all costs.
