Staff were down to earth and easy to work with. The entire process was quick. The only thing they could and should improve on is to make sure vehicles are clean or detailed, if it is a truck make sure the box is cleaned out from debris and snow. The truck bed had about 4 lawn bags full of leaves in it. Otherwise, can't complain. I absolutely love ❤️ the truck! Thank you guys!

Tracy the Sales Rep talked me out of financing with GLS (an approved lending service with Car Gurus) and insisted on using their financers. After notifying me that I was not approved for financing, this dealership said that they would not be doing a transaction. In summary, I wasted a week of my time going back and forth with this dealership, only to not have them do business. It was the worst car buying experience ever!

Overall an excellent experience. A little quicker communication would have made it excellent. There was a little confusion on what was posted regarding details as the wrong VIN number was posted but in the end that was fixed and everything worked out.
