The point person I worked with was henry. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle both in town and on the highway. He even offered for me to load up the family and take it for a spin. After that, we were able to bring it into the shop and put it on the list so I could walk around and check for leaks, that wheel bearings, and other possible issues. After that, the rest of the process went by fairly quickly. They detailed the vehicle and added about half a tank of fuel before we wrapped everything up.

I found the vehicle on CarGurus, and thought that the price was right for a 2017 with 45k miles on it. So I started contacting them, having never purchased vehicle on line, and was originally considering delivery to another state. Kyleigh, the online sales person, responded quickly and also walked me through the process. She quickly responded any time I had questions, and I was approved for the loan rather quick. Issues with the car came up, delivery was too expensive, and I couldn't get enough for my trade so I had to back out. I contacted her again 2 days later, because I was offered less for my trade elsewhere, and asked about buying the vehicle with the damage that I was made aware without a trade. She got that approved and delivery became only 800. They still would not budge on price even with damage. 10 days after first contact and having one sold out from under me, I took a friend and drove 380 miles to avoid delivery. It would be great if the vehicle was not brought to the dealership over the weekend. Pictures were put up but the vehicle was not able to be sold. The work that needed to be done was more than the car was worth so it didn’t pass their inspection.

Quick to make first contact. Responsiveness ended after that.

The overall experience was good. However, note they do have dealer adding and charge a fee for reconditioning that should already be included in the price but is not.

Good price got a qoute pretty quick but was a little low on my trade made contact and was communicating but slow on response. I purchased from a more responsive dealer in Alabama.
