When we searched the dealership inventory, we were looking for a certified preowned car and when we got there, they had two “pre-certified” cars, not certified and we were going to have to pay extra to get them certified. We felt like it was a bait and switch and we left the dealership very quickly.

Neat little hole in the wall shop, car came a little beat up with some minor work needing to be done. A few little gremlins here and there with it like the oil filter housing and belt and fluids and all the like, but that's mostly expected. Be aware of what you're buying if you're going for anything non naturally-aspired or with anything less than a robust transmission. Dealer was very nice, employees and mechanics were very nice, rough little side street for pulling out of, and to finalize deals you have to go down the street but the experience was great! Not that it matters but the atmosphere inside the waiting room is pretty baller too haha, plenty of cool stuff to look at.

Parkway Ford was amazing. The process was simple and straight forward. Answered all my questions. Found me a better rate that I was pre-approved for. There was an Issue we found as we were leaving with the vehicle and they quickly addressed it. Left with the car on Sat, Monday they came the 1 1/2hrs to pick up the vehicle and left us a loaner so they can get it fixed right away. Highly recommend this dealership and out salesperson Janae.

Terrible!! I requested info on a vehicle twice and NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME!! It makes me think they have vehicles listed at a low price just to bait you in to going to their location. DON’T GO HERE!!

Henry was most helpful. We had most of the details worked out before we arrived at the dealership. we came to the dealership in Winston-Salem from 180 miles away. The GV 70 was as described. Very happy with our never titled, low mileage 2026 Genesis.
