I had one of the best experiences purchasing my 2023 Camry xse. I called the salesman, on a Saturday afternoon to confirm if the car was available and it was. I told him I'd meet him there 9am Monday morning. I told him I was traveling almost 4 hours to take a look at the car. Once I arrived at the dealership, 8:45 am he was waiting on me. He was honest when answering my questions. I confirmed I wanted the car. The best part about the deal was he held the car for a week ( due to the financial part). I was already approved for a loan, however, being a nonfrancise dealer thebpaper work took longer than expected. He also arranged for my car delivered the car to me. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Quick response, but a bait and switch. Was watching a car for well over a month, saw that it had been on the lot for over a year with no offers and no saves. Asked about the cars availability and they responded to see if I’d be willing to come in for a test drive. I said no need I know the vehicle model well (I’ve owned a few now) and am willing to purchase it without being seen in person if everything is correct on cars history. The moment I made my offer and gave details of knowledge of vehicle and worth they contacted back saying that the vehicle was suddenly sold that day and then offered me another “comparable” vehicle. Old school tactics in a modern world. No thank you
