I contacted about a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from out of state. I sent them my trade information along with taking pictures of my trade and sending them. I never heard back from them but saw on Cargurus that the vehicle had sold. They could have of at least emailed me stating the vehicle was sold but I was ghosted instead. I won't be doing business with them.

This Mojave had recently taken in as a trade and hadn’t been serviced or detailed. The vehicle has some engine and transmission issues not addressed yet. I took the vehicle out for test drive, while it was in rough condition, the salesman seemed act like the engine/transmission issues/ noises was because the drain plugs were removed and this made things louder in the cab. When the salesman pulled the vehicle up and I was standing outside I could hear the issues.

Was very interested in a 2023 ram 1500 truck. I’ve had a little credit issues in the past. I had someone that was gonna co-sign for me. Went back to the car guru to the page and boom. They raised the price 2000.00 on me while trying to purchase the truck. This was while myself and the salesman were in talks. Not good at all. Salesman said he talked with management and they would honor the truck at the cheaper price. I said no thank you, now they have taken my negotiating power away. They would say they already dropped it 2000.00. Pretty shameful.
