Staff was barely responsive and encouraged me to purchase a vehicle other than the one I bought initially applied for at the same price. I was informed that “they do not want to sell you a foreign car”. Additionally, I learned the same foreign vehicle was sold to someone else the day. I then asked for a different vehicle and was told 3 minutes later, it was not approved. I inquired about which banks had been contacted as there was no inquiry for said bank. The salesman couldn’t answer and states, “I just sell cars. I am not the finance manager. I’m just a salesman”. I got the run around and when I attempted to head to the dealership, my calls stopped being answered and texts went cold. Trash!
