By far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with! In short, expect that the advertised price you see is not the price at all. In my case, 2021 Jeep Rubicon listed for $37,679 (currently listed for even more @ $41,424), Chapman adds $1,995 for SWAT Tracking, $1,495 for Red Alert blinking brake light and also $1,495 for Chapman Cerified. They refused to remove these items when I was there to purchase, the sales manager ( dark haired lady) had better things to do than make a sale so, I moved on. Two days later, I get a call from my salesperson, Mariah. They removed $5,000 in ridiculous add ons and that another manager Jacob would call me. When Jacob called, he spent 1/2 hr acting like they were doing me a favor by selling the Jeep for the exact price advertised but without adding $5000 on top of that! I declined and he asked me to leave a better review. Jacob neglected to hang up phone and I had to listen to his sales associate attempting to make fun of me??? Lame, unprofessional...

Worst dealership experience I’ve had. The advertised price is completely misleading. Once you actually ask for the breakdown, they add multiple unnecessary fees and forced add-ons to inflate the total I reviewed the itemized breakdown and saw several extra charges that were never clearly disclosed upfront. Even paying cash didn’t matter—they still tried to justify everything with “features already installed This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Lack of transparency, hidden fees, and pressure to overpay Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and money.

Highly recommend buying from another dealership. There, you're just a number... Nothing but bad experience after another. Make sure you double check what is put on paper. Had to make several corrections. Please, take your time and read, everything.

Emily the person I initially spoke to started off polite. As conversations went on, she became pushy and responses were rude and inconsiderate. I previously purchased a car from this dealer back in 2020 with 7k customer service has gone down hill. As a returning customer you would think the conversations would be more respectful but that was not the case. During negotiations, as I spoke to Emily and sales Randy, they seen I placed a down payment back in 2020 and pushed for me to make another down payment when during initial conversation with Emily a down payment was maybe an option but nothing confirmed. Then when decision was made not to put a down payment Emily became rude and unprofessional with her responses. When I did speak with Randy over the phone it seemed as of things were going well, but when explaining the car I was looking at had a history of electrical issues per my experience and no warranty was offered or mentioned negotiations stalled and unfortunately ended.

On and off contact. After the jeep being on their lot for 120+ days and my offering a cash out the door offer. They sold it at auction for less than I’d have paid. Not too bright.
