Concesionarios cercanos (Henderson, NV)

I came from a different state. I messaged them day before I arrive and said the car is ready to be viewed. I arrive there around 11am and the car "was spoken for". Wasted my time and resources to go see the car.

Tristen was wonderful to work with. Even though I havent purchased yet hoping to be able to soon.

Wasted my time by setting up an appointment to look and test drive a vehicle. They sell said vehicle and don’t tell you. Drive 45 minutes to dealership and find out they sold it. Horrible place and a joke of a dealership.

After getting a cashiers check and agreeing on the total, the car was sold out from under me the very next day. The morning I was preparing to drive in my trade-in. Very un-professional and I'm more than a little bit p........

Staff was beyond helpful, and if I ever buy a car I hope it’s through them.

Great customer service

First they said it was available and ready for sell, completely the application online then I call the sells guy claims to be busy for 2 days then proceed to say it didn’t pass the inspection but list on their website as sold!

My first time ever going to a dealership I thought the experience would be a bit more enjoyable. I wasn’t going to write about it until I went around to other dealerships and realized I wasn’t treated the best here! Felt like the dealer didn’t take us very seriously. Other dealerships really made us feel welcome and ready to buy a car :( a huge disappointed because I left that day thinking we got service up until I went to the new dealers!

By far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with! In short, expect that the advertised price you see is not the price at all. In my case, 2021 Jeep Rubicon listed for $37,679 (currently listed for even more @ $41,424), Chapman adds $1,995 for SWAT Tracking, $1,495 for Red Alert blinking brake light and also $1,495 for Chapman Cerified. They refused to remove these items when I was there to purchase, the sales manager ( dark haired lady) had better things to do than make a sale so, I moved on. Two days later, I get a call from my salesperson, Mariah. They removed $5,000 in ridiculous add ons and that another manager Jacob would call me. When Jacob called, he spent 1/2 hr acting like they were doing me a favor by selling the Jeep for the exact price advertised but without adding $5000 on top of that! I declined and he asked me to leave a better review. Jacob neglected to hang up phone and I had to listen to his sales associate attempting to make fun of me??? Lame, unprofessional...
