Horrible, the price was padded with almost $3,000.00 worth of unnecessary garbage add ons that they refused to waive. They wouldn't accept my pre-approved loan, they wanted me to use their bank. Wouldn't budge on the price even though we were only about $800.00 away from a deal. The salesman was rude and honestly didn't seem like he cared about customer service or selling cars. Very strange. I found another vehicle and purchased it within a few hours at another dealership who had no problem approving me with a lower APR. The only difference between vehicles was the one that I bought was newer a newer model. I would definitely steer clear of this dealership. It was strange how much they didn't care.

It was a typical salesman trying to get me to buy, said "someone else is already asking about it", "it may not make it to the floor", and "it's a rare find".. ect. No negotiation either, regardless I was able to test drive before the car made it to the showroom, and I am happy with my purchase! Car Gurus price value suggestions really helped me make my choice, it was rated a great deal.
