A great experience -- so great the 2023 Suburban is now in our garage! We flew down and drove up to the dealer and the next day we were driving the vehicle back home. I would absolutely recommend All American Chevrolet of Killeen TX! Mark and his colleagues made the process go quick and smooth.

Response was fast. Ben was helpful and courteous, he even helped me locate some RPO codes I was interested in for options on the vehicle. Test drive was good and a good distance to feel out the vehicle. There were a couple cosmetic issues that were in the pictures but not obvious. Took a lunch break to think it over, was not pressured to make a decision. Would have walked away if they had. Ended up purchasing the Yukon Xl Denali, and I’m happy with the vehicle and felt the price was competitive. They treated me well.

When I was interested in a vehicle they responded quickly. I wish I could have purchased from them, but I just can't buy a vehicle right now. When the time is right for me I will go back to them.

I inquired at about the car. The staff was fantastic about the overall condition of the vehicle and provided extra pictures and videos in a timely manner. They went a step above and even used rulers and other items to provide a reference for a minor cosmetic issues.

Don’t waste your time with this dealership. It’s poor service all around. I drove an hour after being told the vehicle I wanted was available only to be told they leased it out and I could come back later that day. I came back when they said it was back, did the test drive and was ready to talk about the vehicle. This dealership will not negotiate with you. The told me they gave me the best price possible. Which was a lie. After my test drive they quickly shuffled the car off to finish getting it cleaned. Make sure you look at your vehicle thoroughly. I paid almost $40k for a vehicle that once I got into was COVERED in stains. When I did my test drive the sun roof cover was open. So I didn’t see the stains. When I went to put my kids car seat in the armrest had to be up so I didn’t bother putting it down. There was a massive tear in the leather. The carpet still had a big spot of mud and the car was covered in ants. I had to go get ant traps because my daughter and I kept getting bit.
