My initial experience with this dealership was positive. My first point of contact was responsive. I purchased this BMW on 11/29/2025 with the clear condition that dents and scratches on the driver-side door would be repaired before final delivery. After purchase, coordination became inconsistent. I was informed that their repair technician typically works on Tuesdays, but the repair schedule depended on availability. I was told that if repairs could not be completed immediately, the vehicle would be delivered and returned later, and that a loaner vehicle would be provided during the repair period. On 12/2/2025, I attempted to contact the dealership for an update and initially received no response. I later received a text indicating the vehicle was in the heat bay curing. I requested delivery that day, and the vehicle was driven from Temple Hills, MD to La Plata, MD, adding mileage rather than being of 12/9/2025, I have not received follow-up, and my calls have not been

The vehicle price they had listed was actually 8k more to actually purchase because of add ons and junk fees. I would not recommend this dealership.

Very responsive and didn’t play the “stop in and look” game. They were up front and honest via email. Wish we could’ve come to an agreement but I appreciate them not wasting my time playing games

I was dealing with a sale representative named Morgan. She was not honest when replying to my questions that I had before I drove 2 hrs to the dealership. When I got there, there was two nice men there. I told them that I was talking to Morgan but I assume she was not there because she never came out. They answered my questions and then I left. Morgan emailed me days later and I told her the truth. I did not want the car because it had several scratches and I didn’t want to waste my time or hers. She emailed me prior saying the car was in immaculate condition. She then emailed me back saying “sorry that the car was not up to your standards”… I thought it was unprofessional to say that to someone who drove 2 hrs based on what they said.
