I don’t actually know if this vehicle is still available. The only responses to my inquiry that I received was their automated messages saying how dedicated their staff would be to my satisfaction. They said they would be just as persistent providing me great service as they were providing me with information in the sales portion of our interactions. As they never got back to me, I wouldn’t take that as a good thing.

The folks at Direct Auto Access were very straightforward and professional, the car was as advertised, and I ended up buying it. Before I made a down payment, the manager said that he didn't want me to do so unless I was quite sure I wanted to buy the vehicle, that it was nonrefundable and he wasn't in the business of taking people's money for nothing. I appreciated that. Also, the friendly saleswoman washed the car right before she turned it over to me. Highly recommended.
