I drove 40 to go see a red Colorado truck, when I arrived someone whom I was not speaking with said they were going to assist me. There was no pass down from the original sales person. I kept telling this new sales person I was there for the Red Colorado that was outside, he kept going to the back of the office then out to the parking lot then finally brought a blue one up. I asked what’s going on he said that the “red” one was just sold. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I called earlier, “ he had no idea” he said that there was another truck that was comparable to the “red” truck, it was 15k more expensive!! I do not appreciate wasting my time just to be price switched. So I bought a Ram 1500 instead. The sales people were far more transparent.

Sent away for info on a car. Looking to get estimates on monthly payment and terms. Every other dealership was able to provide this but this dealership wouldn't. They wanted us to come in person. Im not driving over 90 mins not knowing even a round about number. Very bad communication

Mike told me to come down and look at a Tahoe. I said I am an hour away and don’t need a deposit. He said “no I don’t even have pictures up yet” it will be here. I drove all the way down to find out someone else had already been looking at it and bought it. Nothing was attempted to make it right. Even had me look at the car knowing I couldn’t buy it. Very bad experience

I contacted the dealership based on the website saying the vehicle was in stock, then was told that unfortunately, it was no longer available. Thankfully I contacted the dealerships making sure it was there before I drove to see it . Things happen . Not mad .

Entire team was great, from Jillian to Skylar and everyone else, total team effort and great transparent attitudes. No sleazy sales tactics like I’ve experienced with other dealers on here claiming they have a buyer wiring $50k deposits in an attempt to haggle on price yet the car is still sitting out there. This dealership does it right, best car buying experience ever!

We had a great experience with Spitzer in North Canton. The process was smooth and everything was disclosed up front and they worked with me to get to a number I wanted to be at for financing. Nick Moran was our sales person and he was personable and kind. I will be using Spitzer again in the future.
