We appreciated Anthony’s help in getting some pointers and advice about EVs from his colleagues that have experience with driving them. We were a bit apprehensive about going with a full EV, no hybrid. Getting the opinions of others who have navigated charging stations etc. was helpful in our decision making. We did spend about five hours at the dealership which did seem long and drawn out. Overall so far we would say the experience was positive and we love the look and feel of the Blazer while we are still learning and adjusting to the EV experience.

I contacted the dealership and was assigned to salesman Luke. He show me the vehicle. He didn't have much knowledge on the vehicle. The used car department is in a different location than main Chevrolet site, about 3 miles away. The used car dealership is very nice inside. The car I was looking at was nice and salesman Luke wasn't persistent on me purchasing today. I'm returning today to take a longer test drive of the Audi.

This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever had to deal with first they would not go with the price that they have advertised on your website and on a couple of other websites versus their website because their website was just marked up higher, but the other websites were not then when I confronted him about it, they would not return my calls no matter what I did did not call back did not respond. Do not have nothing to say don’t care obviously I’m guessing so I just took my business elsewhere, but just for anybody to know, I would never ever use this dealership. They are out to scam people they’re scamming you left and right they’re trying to charge you more than the vehicle is even worth they’re doing a bait and switch. They will try to get you in the door and then take you from there so I would carry on somewhere else.

My ratings might be a little harsh but after agreeing with the salesman and the finance guy on a price, that i was comfortable with, I was extremely disappointed on the day I went to purchase the vehicle the numbers had changed. I specifically asked the salesman if we were good and he assured me we were. I actually took time off from work to make the purchase.

The price listed on CarGurus should be the price I can expect to pay, period. This wasn't the case. It was about $4500 less than what they were actually asking for the vehicle. Eventually the manager made good, so I won't complain. Just don't list a price on the app that is less than what you would accept for the purchase of the vehicle. That's not truthful advertising.
