I do not recommend this dealership. The day I went to this dealership, everything was fine. The staff was nice and helpful. They were a little pushy, but that is expected on car sales. When we were discussing the purchase of the car, I asked about certification of the vehicle. The salesman said we can definitely take care of that. Also, after the first offer that they came to us with, they would either not write it down or write it on another paper. When we left that night without purchasing the vehicle, I noticed them ripping up a paper and throwing it away. We had agreed to talk again the next day to discuss other options for the purchase. The next day when we were able to connect with the salesperson and the sales manager, they both denied everything that we had talked about the night before. And said that would not certify the vehicle even though I told them that certification was a deal breaker. I did not appreciate that at all!!

It was terrible. I called to confirm the vehicle's availability. Chris said it was. I told him I’d be there within an hour. I drove an hour to see this vehicle. When I got there he wasn’t prepared. Then he couldn't find the vehicle, then he couldn’t find the keys. Wasted 45 minutes at the dealership. Chris never came back. If I could I’rate it less than 1
