Horrible experience, showed up from Brenham (2 hour drive to Houston) just for them to tell me the truck is at the “auction” and all these things were wrong with it like the suspension and transmission. And the guy that told me to show up wasn’t even there. I would rate it better than the three star but that experience was horrible. Only good thing out of that place is Matt Lopez, real solid guy and helped me find my dream truck, I would recommend going in and asking for him specifically, he’ll hook you up.

Staff followed up but did not send pictures i had asked for. Car sold 2 days later and still didn’t receive anything. Then still asked if I wanted those pictures even though car was not available. I will never work with this dealership again.

I drove 45 minutes for a car that was sold and no one told me about until I got there, total waste of my time and I feel like that’s unprofessional, won’t be dealing with them anymore

I asked if s vehicle was available, I was told yes. So I drove 1 hour to get there. When I arrived its not here. So.we found something similar. My first question was will it be the same quoted price. Which he said oh yeah... when paperwork was presented. It was 25k almost 26, then added accessories another 2k. I was prepared for ttl which I covered in my loan. Final quote was almost 30k. Then was told oh no I can't do that loan amount. This is bait and switch without transparent pricing. Low and behold car i wanted was "sold" and I was sent new pricing.

Britt was rude through text emoji and when I spoke to her she said she’d call me back in 5 minutes. She lied. She never called back to follow through with another vehicle to purchase.
